Clarksville ISD P-TECH

P-TECH is an innovative program that creates clear pathways from high school to college and career for young people from all academic backgrounds. Students will graduate high school with a high school diploma and have the opportunity to earn industry and educational certifications as well as completing college level coursework.

Clarksville ISD P-TECH is focused around two high demand areas of study called pathways: welding technology and nursing science. Students at Clarksville ISD have the opportunity to apply to the P-TECH program and select one of the two pathways. Below is the link to the two pathways.

Welding Technology

The Welding Technology program of study focuses on the development and use of automatic and computer-controlled machines, tools, and robots that perform work on metal and plastic.

Nursing Science

The Nursing Science program of study introduces students to the knowledge and skills related to patient care. Students will learn about procedures, monitoring, medical records, etc.
